About Us
Founded more than 20 years ago, Jordan-Choate Consultant Services, PLLC was created to help adult care homes, in-home aide services, and mental health providers navigate state rules and regulations while maintaining compliance. Through mock surveys, tailored recommendations, and business start-up support, we help providers build strong foundations for success.
As the needs of our clients grew, so did our services. What began as small-scale staff training expanded into a greater need for ongoing education and professional development across healthcare agencies and facilities.
To meet this need, Jordan-Choate Health Career Training Center was established to provide continuing education courses approved by the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation and the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
We continue to provide education, training, and support to healthcare professionals, business owners, and those looking to enter the healthcare field.

To further serve the healthcare community, Jordan-Choate Health Career Training Center is also a Credentia Regional Test Site (RTS) and a designated location for administering the NNAAP® Nurse Aide Skills Examination. Through our expanding services, we remain committed to helping individuals and organizations gain the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to succeed.

Meet Our Founder
Brenda Jordan-Choate
Jordan-Choate attended Watts School of Nursing and received her BSN from North Carolina Central University. She also holds a Master’s in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University and a Master’s in Nursing Education from East Carolina University.
Jordan-Choate has maintained national certifications in Gerontology, Case Management, Jail Health, and Public Health. She is a licensed Adult Care Administrator in North Carolina. Her career includes experience as a nurse educator in hospital, community college, and university settings.
She has also worked as a staff nurse, state surveyor in multiple programs, nurse manager, corrections nurse, and manager for the state Medicaid program.
As an Administrator I took the medication aide 15 hour training. I was so impressed with the level of training Brenda provided I had all of my staff take her course.
